1- Introduction:-Your esteemed company is kindly requested to send us its best competitive prices for 2 HRSGs Chemical Cleaning Services in Banha.

2- Technical Data:-
a) The cleaning with Citric acid

b) The total volume of the steam and water cycles of one unit to be chemical cleaned is 502,2 m3

c) Technical details of the equipment

Pumps:

Two Diesel or Electrical pumps 450 m3/h, 10 bar (chemical resistant).
And one at 900 m3/h 10 bar.

Circulation/Flushing

Air driven pumps 10 m3/h, 6 bar
Dosing chemicals

Optional:

Hard piping 10,” 8”, 6” and 4” for temporarily cleaning circuit.

Flexible hoses, valves, gaskets, bolts.

- Steamboiler (s) in total capacity of at least 8 tons of Steam per hour.

- Circulation tank (s) total capacity approx. 10-5 m3. For dosing chemicals.

e) Waste water treatment

All waste water is collected in an effluent storage pit with sufficient capacity. Dependent on the allowance of discharging the first flush water in the local sewer this amount should be taken into account or not.

If the first flush water is discharged in the local sewer a filter should be used to remove the suspended solids and debris present in this flush water.

In general at least 7 times the volume of 1 HRSG capacity is required as storage that is at least 3.700 m3.

For the preparation of the effluent pit, an earth pit with certain dimension is dug (earth works) into which a HDPE foil is laid, including a sump to empty the pit.

All waste water is discharged by road tankers to waste water treatment facilities in Egypt.

f) Safety & Environment
On the site itself near the chemical dosing unit a shower (full and for eyes) will be placed.

All necessary safety equipment is provided to all personnel.

All personnel have:

- VCA (safety certificate for contractors)

- SIR-CTR (safety certificate chemical technical cleaning)

The whole area (boiler and temporarily circuit) will be marked with red/white tape and only be accessible to authorized personnel only, during the chemical cleaning.

Environment; All temporarily cleaning equipment (pumps, circulation/dosing tanks, heat exchanger etc.) will be placed on 10 X 10 meters chemical resistant foil with wooden dykes, in order to protect the soil, when leakages occur.

Another storage area for the chemicals is prepared with wooden dykes and a chemical resistant foil
(15 X 15 meters).

Full risk inventory will be part of the cleaning manual (engineering document).
All pumps and hoses are part of the certification (SIR/ISO) and are checked and approved.

g) Estimated Total cleaning time 6-8 days and dismantling 2 weeks (14 days).
