-The main drive adopts import Germany SEW servo motor and gear box, step-less timing, function of self error correct. Hot blast diversion motor controlled by inverter.

Technical characteristics of equipment:
☆-Patent bottle-entry system: It allows multiple products to permutate and combine, and it is convenient to change bottle model and permutation and combination.
There is no need to add additional components. Low percussive bottle entry compartment system is fit for the packing of fragile vessels such as beer bottles, soft PET bottles, cans and so on. ☆-Advanced Configuration, Good Safety and Reliability: The master drive of the machine adopts imported Germany SEW servo controllers.
The servo controller, SMC pneumatic control system, SICK photoelectric control and B&R PLC module integration control etc, all contribute to the low malfunction and high efficiency. ☆-Unique Film Roll Setting and Cutting Device: Patent constant tension transport of film can regulate film length expediently.
The film does not sinter, and it only laps at the bottom of the package, which makes the packing display effect good. ☆-High Production Efficiency: Twofold film roller can alternate films, which takes only one minute.
There will be an automatic stop when the film is used up. It keeps straight motion constantly during the operation and its speed is tunable with stepless speed variations, which contribute to the high production efficiency. ☆-Fine Materials and Durable Service: A lot of imported aluminum material and stainless steel material that can be heat treated are used on the body, transport components of the machine.
Their service life is several times longer than that of domestic materials.
The bottle transport belt consists of macromolecule, self-lubricative and low abrading chain belt cum chain wheel provided by American Intralox Corporation with advanced technologies in the world, and it has centralized lubrication device and durable services.
Customers using products of our factory rarely change spare components in the operational process, which cuts their production costs largely. ☆-Convenient Model Changing and Regulating: We have thought of model-changing needs of customers at the beginning of machine engineering.
There are adapter, ruler and model specification sheet provided by UNIT Corporation, Germany, on all the regulating sites of the machine.
Operators can regulate just according to the sheet when changing models, which will save much time.
