EXHIBITION INFORMATION:


Venue:

* Cairo International Convention Centre (CICC) which located in Nasr City - Cairo - Egypt.
* Nasr City (Madinet Nasr) is an eastern suburb of Cairo, CICC is mid-way between Cairo International Airport & downtown Cairo, This top-class venue is only a few minutes from the 5 star hotels on the airport road like Heliopolis, Meridien & Sheraton.

· Swimming Pools, Spa and Sauna.

· Fountains and Water Systems.

· Land scape & Water parks.

· Drinking Water Treatment.

· Waste Water Treatment.

· Valves, Fittings and Pipes.

Opening hours:

The Exhibition will be open daily from 10:00 AM til 09:00 PM

Moving in:

The CICC will be open for exhibitors to set up their stands on Friday 12 Feb.

Exhibition stand and cost:

· Cost: 280 USD \ Per SQM for non Egyptian & 550 LE for Egyptian.

· Size: Minimum 3m x 4m

· Walls: Fabric wall paneling.

· Furniture: One Table and Two Chairs.

· Lighting: 2 x 150w spotlights per 9 sq. m

· Power: 1 x 1000 watt/4amps single power point per 9 sq. m

· Sign: Name Panel in English and Arabic

Please note that costs for extra fittings and accessories, exhibition stand, transportation etc. are to be covered by the exhibitor.

Moving out:

Exhibitors can start moving out on Tuesday 16 Feb, at 10.00 AM.

Please note that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to remove his or her own exhibitor material.
