A. INTRODUCTION
A. 01 PURPOSE OF THE OFFER
This offer is for a sea water reverse osmosis plant with a drinking water production capacity of 500m3/day. This plant is able to be transported pre-assembled on carbon steel skids and supplied already tested in our workshop, ready for installation. This plant will be automatic, self sufficient and independently managed through a PLC electrical cabinet, complete with all the necessary equipment and alarms required for troubleshooting on site or from a remote location. This offer is for the supply of the described plant and eventual: •designs •drawings issue •drafting of manuals in English •drafting of certifications •building process in our factory •tests and inspections in our factory •packaging •functional tests

G) - MULTIMEDIA WATER FILTRATION 84 m3/h This treatment has the scope of rendering the water perfectly clear and crystalline after passing through a bed of quarzite; given the flow rate in question and in order to provide a reserve we propose the installation of 16 filters. H) - PRESURIZING SYSTEM WITH ENERGY RECOVERY BMEX pump system is a unique design dedicated for seawater and brackish water desalination. The unique BMEX system features components made of super stainless steel, polymer and ceramic, which make it extremely resistant to its operating environment. The Grundfos BMEX system offers state-of-the-art technologies that make the system extremely efficient and highly dependable. The BMEX system consists of: •BME pump creating the flow through the membranes as well as the design pressure •The X-Changer converts the energy from the concentrate Q × H of the membranes into the feed stream to the membrane. •The pressure loss in the X-Changer is equalized by the BM pump and VFD frequency converter holding the desired pressure for the RO process. I) - REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE Membranes are made of a highly reactive polyamide with an FRP (fibre reinforced plastic) wrapping, anti-telescopic device, and u-cup brine seal, located on the vessels, they are DOW spiral wound Filmtec membranes complete with junction channels and all necessary parts required for mounting and installation. N) Programmable Logic Control PLC The reverse osmosis plant is completely automatic and PLC controlled for the system’s function parameters control. The control system is a new generation industrial PLC, "Touch-screen" type installed inside the general electrical cabinet, with a serial communication door, RS 485, freely programmable, to which it is possible to link an eventual remote control plant to which the function parameters and the state of all the installed equipment can be sent. •Make Siemens •Country of Origin EU •Human Interface Touch screen •I/O Digital, & analogue The PLC is composed of a central unit, with EEPROM memory and buffer battery and is equipped with the following devices: •Digital inputs & outputs modules; •On the electrical cabinet we will install the reverse osmosis instruments which have a 4- 20 mA analogue output meaning all key values can be recorded, transmitted and/or controlled remotely. •A liquid crystal alphanumeric keyboard will be installed on the cabinet and directly linked to the PLC CPU therefore enabling the following adjustments to be made: •Alarm levels adjustments, Intervention times adjustments •The actual nature of the various alarms will be customised for the plant.
N) - ELECTRIC CONTROL BOARD WITH PLC Nr. 1 (one) Electrical control board for the control and protection of all the equipment, with 380 V, 50 Hz power supply (with ground neutral) on a steel sheet cabinet with reinforced corners, firevarnished, key lock, double transparent door, IP 55 protection. Each electrical unit on the cabinet includes: •Remote control switch •Motor protectors •MAN-0-AUT selectors •Lights for gear signal and thermal block The electrical cabinet wiring also includes: •Equipment control circuit B.T. (24 48 V) •Magneto thermal differential general switch, door blocking type. The electrical cabinet, its wirings and links will be carried out according to the present CEI-ISPESL rules The terminal board will be linked with the existing general grounding plant of the construction in which the installations will be located.
O) ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS Electrical connections linking all equipment making up the pre-treatment and desalination plants on the skid at the general control panel are included. They will be realized according to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and will include the channels, junction boxes and all the necessary equipment for the correct functioning of the plant. The minimum duct section used will be 1.5 mm² for the aux circuits, 2,5 mm² for the power circuits; the cable section will guarantee a max power of 2 A/mm². The electrical terminal-connection is: - Control Panel terminal block (T.B.) for power external cables connection 15 / 17

P) CONTAINER The R.O. units will be mounted inside Nr. 1 prefabricated container, completely welded, with walls in notched steel, wall steel corner in ISO norms position, steel double door with a 270° opening, lock with n.2 security bars, steel roof of 1,5 mm thickness and floor in antiskid metal sheet of 3 mm thickness with wood covering, and holes for fork lift forks. It is also supplied with n.2 vasistas windows each of dimensions 500 mm x H=500 mm, and two aeration grids, and two air conditioners. The container is complete with electric plant following the standard norms.
The external painting is realized with synthetic enamel painting. The container is insulated on walls and roof with polyurethane panels of 30 mm thickness

WARRANTIES AND CERTIFICATIONS
C. 01 EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES All the equipment will be guaranteed, according to the current laws, for 12 months from the test date and for a maximum of 18 months from the delivery date.
We will not respond for damages undertaken from the equipment due to lack of maintenance, misuse, neglect or tampering.
The osmotic modules have a special 3 year warranty which requires the manufacturer’s recognition that the eventual lack of performance is due to factory defects and not to problems linked to bad management or bad operational conditions.
C. 02 FUNCTIONAL WARRANTIES EURO MEC SRL guarantees the functionality of the offered plant as described on the enclosures and specifications.
EURO MEC SRL declares that the parameters shown on this offer and regarding the electro pumps and the membranes are likely, based on the data given by the Manufacturer and, as such they may be verified when the equipment is tested. C. 03 CERTIFICATIONS – EC MARK
EURO MEC SRL is certified in accordance with UNI-EN-ISO 9001 Quality Standards.
The offered measuring instruments apply to the “EMC n. 89-336-EEC laws (electromagnetic compatibility)”.
The electrical installations will be safely executed in accordance with n. 73-23-EEC e 93-68-EEC laws.
